Don’t we need minerals in our water ? Reverse osmosis is taking it all OUT?
First off, most of the minerals that we receive are from the FOODS we eat. Only a very small percentage comes from the water we drink. Let us explain:
The above claim can be readily demonstrated. For example, take your white corpuscle (blood cell) count about 6 hours after you have had any food or water. The normal reading should be around 6,000 per millileter.
Then take a drink a glass of normal hard, mineral water. The white blood cell count will shoot up until it often doubles!!
Now these are facts…and inorganic chemistry can’t lie. The phenomena is called Leucocytosis and is our bodies defense mechanism responding to an invading organism, germ, infection or foreign material. When PURE water fruits and vegetables are consumed, the white blood cell count stays level.
Plain and simple: water is a cleansing and transport agent……foods are nutrients. |
